At IKEA loading up dads truck. This doesn't give the finished load...as we had Axel in the backseat along with eight large foam bundles and the three of us in the front seat.
In the entry way after the carpet and pad was removed. finishing taking up the carpet tack.
My wonderful helper (Damon) aching to destroy my house and continually letting me know that a wrecking ball would be easier.
I was hoping that you could see my sweat.Steve and I have been talking about taking out the carpet and replacing it with laminate for a year or so now. We came into a little extra home repair money and the time has come. I decided that this was the day that I was going to start the project....and so the first round of carpet came out. Steve starts back to another semester of school, so dad is going to help me with this adventure. Laminate floors will be a first for the both of us.
We had fun at Ikea and can't wait to start.
