Broken Foot

I went for a simple walk and my foot met a part of the sidewalk that should not have been there. Blunt force equals a broken foot and a torn ligament. No cast or surgery for now...no socks allowed...and don't even think about trying to put a shoe on. It isn't going to happen any time soon.
